HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 8200 OF 2003 ORDER :

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are not permitted to take up the selection process, in pursuance to the selections conducted on 4.5.2003 by the 4th respondent, which action of the 4th respondent is contrary to G.O.Ms.No.8, dated 30.1.2003.

On 30.04.2003, this Hon'ble Court was pleased to grant interim suspension of the impugned proceedings and liberty is given to the managements concerned, to proceed with the selection process, even if the representative of the Government does not turn up. 3.

In view of the interim orders, no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition and the Writ Petition is accordingly closed. 4.
