This Writ Petition is filed challenging the Award dt. 22.01.2015 passed by Respondent No.3/ The Deputy Registrar of Chits/ Arbitrator, under the provisions of Chit Fund Act, 1982 and there is a provision for appeal, the petitioner can avail that remedy, but not in the present petition.

With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate application. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
