Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Cooperation for 1st respondent. 2.

The grievance of the petitioner is that representations dt.1808-2012, 08-11-2012, 03-06-2013 and 15-07-2014 submitted by the petitioner Society to 2nd respondent to revise the loan accounts and to grant rebate to the petitioner-society are pending consideration with 2nd respondent and that no orders are being passed thereon.

Having regard to the nature of the grievance of the petitioner, Writ Petition is disposed of directing 2nd respondent to consider the above representations of the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate its decision to the petitioner. No costs. 4.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
