JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER Writ Petition No.16745 of 2017 ORDER: (per Suresh Kumar Kait , J) Vide present writ petition, the petitioner seeks a direction, thereby directing the respondents to dispose of the representation dated 04.04.2017 filed by him.

2. Learned Government Pleader for Services-I (TG) accepts the notice on behalf of respondents 1, 2 and 4 and submits that the relief sought in the writ petition is not related to the aforesaid respondents, however, it is to be decided by the 3rd respondent.

3. Keeping in view the averments made in the writ petition and the submission of the learned Government Pleader for Services-I, We hereby direct the 3rd respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 04.04.2017, in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending if any, in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
