Learned counsel for the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 and 2 and the learned counsel for respondent No.2 represent the matter. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh would represent that the Investigating Officer has filed final report on 17.08.2015 before the II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kadapa, referring the case as 'False' and seeking permission to close the FIR.

In view of the aforesaid submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the de facto complainant to make a protest petition before the learned Magistrate in accordance with law.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, stand closed.
