THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.11384 OF 2019 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents 3 and 4 in not cancelling the membership of respondent Nos. 5 to 13 and in not enrolling the names of petitioners in voter list of Nakrekal Chenetha Sahakara Sangam, basing on their representations. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that having issued show cause notice dt.29.03.2019 to the unofficial respondents for removal of their membership from the Handloom Weavers Cooperative Society, no further action has been taken by the official respondents. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for cooperation submits that in pursuance to the show cause notice dt.29.03.2019, the unofficial respondents filed explanation on 15.04.2019 and appropriate orders will be passed in accordance with law.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the official respondents to pass appropriate orders on the explanations submitted by the unofficial respondents in pursuance to the show cause notice, after giving opportunity to the unofficial respondents and take action, in accordance with law. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
