HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO ORDER:

This writ petition is filed contending that Sub-Registrar is seeking to entertain deeds of conveyance concerning the land to an extent of Ac.13.25 guntas in Sy.Nos.621 and 622 of Nedunur Village, Kandukur Mandal, Ranga Reddy district and that he should be restrained. In other words, what is sought is prohibition of entertaining deed of conveyance. No such relief can be granted. Sub-Registrar cannot be restrained from receiving documents presented before him. If petitioner has any claim on the subject property or any grievance against third parties claiming said land as belonging to them and dealing with the property in any manner affecting right of petitioner, he has to avail common law remedy. Leaving it open to petitioner to work out his remedies, Writ Petition is dismissed.
