JUSTICE JUVVADI SRIDEVI FAMILY COURT APPEAL No.238 OF 2009 JUDGMENT: (Per Hon'ble Dr.SA,J) This appeal, under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, is filed by the appellant aggrieved by the decree and order, dated 23.04.2009, passed in O.P.No.52 of 2008 by the learned Judge, Family Court, Nalgonda, whereby, the subject O.P. filed by the appellant, under Section 13 (1)(ia) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, seeking dissolution of his marriage with the respondent, was dismissed.

Learned counsel for the appellant would submit that the appellant and the respondent are living together and in view of the same, no further orders are required to be passed in this appeal and the appellant is not pressing the present appeal. 4.

Taking on record the said submissions, the appeal is dismissed as not pressed.
