Heard Mr. Deepak Bhattacharjee, learned senior counsel for the petitioners. Mr. Ambadipudi Satyanarayana, learned standing counsel for Punjab National Bank, takes notice for the 2nd respondentBank. Now, a Presiding Officer has been appointed and she has taken charge on 07.11.2016. A notification has also been issued on 03.11.2016. The auction is scheduled only on 10.11.2016. Therefore, leaving it open to the petitioners to approach the Tribunal, this Writ Petition is dismissed.
