Anantaramaiah and declare his detention as illegal. 2.
The averments in the affidavit filed in support of the petition show that on the intervening night of 18.03.2018 and 19.03.2018, some persons, claiming themselves to be police officials from Lallaguda Police Station, rounded the building of the petitioner, knocked the doors, rushed into the house and searched the house. A counter came to be filed disputing the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the alleged detenu is now released on bail.
5.
Having regard to the above, we feel that nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed at the admission stage.
