There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. As a matter of fact even on 08.11.2019 also, there was no representation. Therefore, the matter is posted to today under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today also, there is no representation. From this it appears that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter diligently. 2.

As such, the Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
