This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner/defendant, assailing the order, dated 09.07.2014, of the learned XII Additional District Judge-cum-Judge, Family Court, Guntur, passed in I.A.No.132 of 2014 in O.S.No.361 of 2.

At the hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner/defendant submits that the suit itself was disposed of by the Court below on 20.06.2016, and that, therefore, this Revision Petition, which is filed challenging the order passed in I.A.No.132 of 2014 in the said suit, has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner/defendant, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
