THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE MUMMINENI SUDHEER KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.158OO of2022 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. The writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission.

The case of the petitioner is that he is the absolute owner and possessor of land admeasuring Ac.O 12 guntas in Survey No.427 I A situated at Peddalingapuram Village, Ellanthakunta Mandal, Rajanna Sircilia District. His name was mutated in the revenue records and he was issued pattadar passbook and title deeds and he has been in peaceful possession and enjoyment of the same. The grievance of the petitioner is that though his name was mutated in the revenue records, the survey number is wrongly mentioned as 'Al2' instead of 'survey No '427 lA' and in spite of making repeated representations, the respondents are not taking any action.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submitted that earlier there was no option for correcting the errors in Dharani Portal and the said survey number was wrongly mentioned as 'Al2' instead of 'survey No.427 lA' by mistake. He further submitted

a that the module is now available in Dharani Portal and if the petitioner makes an appiication seeking correction of survey number in the revenue records, the respondents would consider and dispose of the same in accordance with 1aw. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that after filing of this writ petition, the petitioner submitted an online application bearing No.220O061149, dated O2.O7'2022, and the same is pending consideration before respondent No'2' 5.

In the light of the submissions made on either side, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No'2 to consider the online application bearing No.22O0061149, dated 02 'O7 '2022, seeking correction of the survey number as 'survey No'427 lA' instead of 'Al2' in respect of land admeasuring Ac.O.12 guntas situated at Peddalingapu.ram Village, Ellanthakunta Mandal, Rajanna Sircilla District, in the name of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of lour weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
