CVNR,J & GSP, J Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for issue of Habeas Corpus, directing respondents No.1 to 3 to produce Ms.T.Swarupa Rani, D/o.Late Albert Asirvadam, detained in H.No.96/3-32-71A, Santosh Nagar, Kurnool (for short 'alleged detenue') by respondents No.4 to 6, before this Court and set her at liberty forthwith. 2.

The learned counsel for all the parties have submitted that in pursuance of order dated 23.03.2018, the alleged detenue has been set free and she has been presently staying in Kurnool town. Mr.K.V.Raghu Veer, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in view of the above subsequent development, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
