ORDER

Sri E.V.V.S.Ravi Kumar, learned counsel for petitioners, submits that the main suit was dismissed for default and not yet restored and therefore, the cause in the revision does not survive for adjudication and the same has become infructuous. In view of the aforesaid submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous, granting liberty to the petitioners to file fresh revision petition at appropriate stage, if necessary. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand dismissed.
