This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:

"to issue any appropriate Writ, order or direction For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, It is therefore prayed that particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of respondents in not considering petitioners Representation dt.15.3.2016 for regularizing them from their services in the cadre which they are working, as illegal, arbitrary, contrary to Rules, consequently direct the respondents to consider our representation dt.15.3.2016 for regularizing us from our services as per our designation in the office (APSAC), and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper."

2. Heard Sri Vallabha Venkateshwara Rao, learned counsel, appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Finance and Planning, appearing for the respondents.

When the matter is taken up, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, petitioner herein submitted a representation dated 15.03.2016 to the 3rd respondent herein and no orders have been passed on the said representation so far and a copy of the same is also placed on record. It is further requested by the learned counsel that necessary direction may be issued to the respondents to pass appropriate orders on the said representation, in accordance with law, by fixing some timeframe. The said request is not opposed by learned Government Pleader for respondents and submitted that the said representation would be considered, in accordance with law.

Recording the said submission and having regard to the nature of controversy, Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits and demerits of the matter and entitlement of the petitioner, directing the 3rd respondent herein to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 15.03.2016 said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
