Sri.CMR.Velu, learned counsel representing Mr.K.Jagadishwar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner herein died. Therefore, the cause in the writ petition does not survive.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, there is nothing survives in the present writ petition to adjudicate and it has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any shall stand closed.
