HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. KANTHA RAO Writ Petition No.13345 of 2015 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to quash the impugned order of suspension from service as well as charge sheet issued in common proceedings dated 25.04.2015, as illegal and arbitrary.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel for the respondents.

3. The case of the petitioner is that he is working as Conductor in the respondents-Corporation. While so on 15.04.2015 when he was conducting the service from Nagarkurnool to Achampet, a check was exercised by the checking officials of the Corporation and issued charge memo to him alleging that without issuing the tickets to all the passengers, he closed the TIMS. Thereafter, the impugned order was passed on 25.04.2015 placing the petitioner under suspension pending enquiry.

4. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondents are directed to complete the enquiry against the petitioner and pass final orders by 15.07.2015, failing which, the order of suspension shall stand revoked.

5. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of at the stage of admission. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
