THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.9175 OF 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. S.Nanda, Standing Counsel appearing for 2nd respondent, Bar Council of India.

Petitioner's grievance is that he lodged a complaint in C.C.No.16 of 2014 before the 3rd respondent, against some Advocates, who in turn transferred the same to the 2nd respondent and that the 2nd respondent is not disposing of the same. 3.

Ms.

S.Nanda, Standing Counsel appearing for 2nd respondent states that the 2nd respondent will dispose of the said C.C.No.16 of 2014 within four (04) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to decide C.C.No.16 of 2014 pending on its file, within four (04) months after giving notice to the petitioner and all affected parties.
