Counsel for the petitioner: ---- Counsel for the respondents: GP for Civil Supplies (AP) The Court made the following:
ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to set aside proceedings bearing Rc.No.49/2010/CSC-1, dated 19.06.2010, issued by respondent No.2. At the hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (AP), on instructions, submitted that after the expiry of the petitioner's authorisation, the same was not renewed and that the petitioner is not being continued as fair price shop dealer due to non-renewal of his authorisation.
Today, I have disposed of W.P.No.2086 of 2012 with appropriate directions to respondent No.2. As the issues raised in the present writ petition are identical to that in the said writ petition, the directions contained in the said order shall govern this writ petition as well.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of order, dated 04.06.2015, in W.P.No.2086 of 2012.
As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.18702 of 2010 and W.V.M.P.No.4927 of 2010 shall stand disposed of as infructuous. C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY, J 04th June, 2015 VGB
