This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 06.02.2018 passed in E.A.No.39 of 2018 in E.P.No.43 of 2016 in O.S.No.185 of 2012 on the file of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Mangalagiri, Guntur District.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision petition. Permission is granted.
