HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO Criminal Petition No.4463 of 2017 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C, petitioner/A4 seeks pre-arrest bail in Crime No.37 of 2017 of Pedapudi PS, East Godavari District registered for the offences under Sections 420, 471, 472, 468, 409 and 120B r/w 34 IPC.

2) The petitioner works as Labour Officer. The accusation is that in the matter of distribution of accidental insurance policy amounts to the deceased workers, the petitioner and other accused conspired and misappropriated thousand of amounts. Investigation is reported to be pending.

3) Having regard to the gravity of the charge and pending investigation, it is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail. While dismissing the bail application, petitioner/A4 is directed to surrender before the concerned Court and seek for regular bail in which case the concerned Court shall dispose of her bail application on merits on the same date. _________________________ U.
