THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.7505 OF 2016 ORDER:

Heard Sri Vedula Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioners, and Sri P. Kesava Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation.

Learned counsel are in agreement that the issue arising for consideration in this writ petition is squarely covered by the decision rendered by this Court in W.P.No.28661 of 2015. A copy of the order dated 12.10.2015 passed in the said writ petition is placed on record. For reasons alike as were stated in the afore-stated order and in terms thereof, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent authorities to receive and consider the building permission applications submitted by the petitioners duly taking note of the order dated 21.08.2014 passed by this Court in Review W.P.M.P.No.31741 of 2014 in W.P.No.11681 of 2000 and take appropriate action in the matter in accordance with law. This exercise shall be completed expeditiously and in any event, not later than eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
