CVNR, J & DVSS, J AS.No.825 of 2017 Dt: 02-05-2018 Judgment: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Appeal is filed against Judgment and Decree, dated 27-04-2017, in OS.No.9 of 2012 on the file of the VI Additional District Judge at Siddipet.

Mr.B.Venkat Rama Rao, learned Counsel for the appellants, addressed letter, dated 30-04-2018, to the Registrar (Judicial) wherein he has stated that the appellants desire to settle the dispute out of the Court and that therefore, they want to withdraw the Appeal.

Today at the hearing, the learned Counsel for the appellants has reiterated the contents of the aforementioned letter.

In the light of the above, this Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Appeal, ASMP.No.2050 of 2017, filed by the appellants for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
