THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.23401 OF 2016 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that she has submitted a document before the 2nd respondent for the purpose of registration, but the 2nd respondent has refused to receive and process the said document.

3. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents submits that the 2nd respondent will receive the document presented by the petitioner for the purpose of registration and if he is not inclined to register the same, he will pass a reasoned order under Section 71 of the Registration Act, 1908 and communicate the said order to the petitioner.

4. In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to receive and process the document submitted by the petitioner for the purpose of registration and if he is not inclined to register it, he shall pass an order thereon under Section 71 of the Registration Act, 1908 and communicate the same to the petitioner within four weeks from the date of submission of the document by the petitioner otherwise register the same. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
