Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the grievance of the petitioner is pending before the 4th respondent by way of representation dated 27.02.2018; and that the writ petition can be disposed of directing the competent authority to consider the said representation.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the competent authority to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.02.2018, in accordance with law. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
