HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN WRIT PETITION No.6833 OF 2010 ORDER:

The relief sought for in this Writ Petition is for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere with the petitioners' peaceful possession and enjoyment of his house at Gatchibowli.

By order, in WPMP No.8831 of 2010 dated 26.03.2010, the respondents were directed not to demolish the subject property, except after issuing a notice as required under the GHMC Act, and after giving the petitioners an opportunity of filing his reply thereto. As the respondents can take action only in accordance with law, after giving the petitioners an opportunity of being heard, I am satisfied that no further orders are necessary, and the interim order passed earlier be made the final order in the Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
