THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1125 of 2015 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order in W.P.No.5753 of 2006 dated 10.04.2006.

The said Writ Petition was disposed of directing the respondents, particularly the fourth respondent, to consider and dispose of the application of the first petitioner dated 16.03.2005. The application is for changing of the names of the service holders. The Assistant Engineer, Operation, Anantapalli, filed a counter-affidavit stating that the Additional Assistant Engineer had complied with the order and the petitioners, who are paying the part amounts towards arrears pursuant to the notice dated 23.09.2012, stopped paying the said amounts after filing of the Contempt Case.

3. In view of the statement made by the Assistant Engineer, this Contempt Case is closed. It is needless to observe that the petitioners shall pay the arrears amounts, if they are under obligation to pay the said amount as per law.
