Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.5. 2.
When the matter is called, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in identical circumstances, this Court disposed of W.P.No.32614 of 2015 by way of an order, dated 18.12.2015, and a copy of the same is placed on record along with the writ petition as a material paper. The operative portion of the said order reads as under: "Although it is stated that the judgment of the Division Bench referred to above is pending consideration in the Supreme Court, subject to further directions which may be issued by the State Government of Telangana or the Supreme Court in the matter, the respondents shall release individual service connections to the members of the above apartment complex on payment of requisite charges within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order." 3.
Following the said order and for the reasons stated therein, this writ petition is also allowed in terms thereof. There shall be no order as to costs.

Office to enclose a copy of the order, dated 18.12.2015, in W.P.No.32614 of 2015 to this order.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
