Learned counsel for the petitioner is present. Learned Senior Civil Judge, Avanigadda, recorded full satisfaction and terminated E.P. No.6 of 2005 on 6.12.2014. The present Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order dated 4.12.2009 in E.A. No.233 of 2009 in E.P. No.6 of 2005 arising out of O.S. No.4 of 1995 on his file. Therefore, the present Civil Revision Petition becomes infructuous.

Hence, the present Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
