.....Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to issue a appropriate writ, order or direction, more in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in attempting to demolish 4th floor construction made over the premises bearing No.27-1/5-6, B.V. Ramayya Street, Lenin centre, Governorpeta, Vijayawada without notice u/s 452 of the Municipal Corporation Act and pending proceeding before the 1st respondent vide Rc.G2-107670/2013, dated 10.03.2013 as illegal and arbitrary. WPMP.NO: 7851 of 2015 Petition under Section 151 of C.P.C. Praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in the W.P., the High Court may be pleased to direct the 2nd respondent not to interfere and demolish 4th floor construction made over the petitioner's building bearing No.27-1/5-6, B.V. Ramayya Street, Lenin centre, Governorpeta, Vijayawada, pending disposal of WP No.5883 of 2015 on the file of the High Court.
