CVNR,J & GSP,J W.P.No.23771 of 2010 Dt: 10.08.2018 Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) Feeling aggrieved by Order, dated 12-08-2010, in FA.No.11 of 2008 on the file of respondent No.3- Andhra Pradesh State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Hyderabad, reversing Order, dated 20-11-2007, passed by respondent No.4- District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Mahabubnagar, in CC.No.817 of 2007, this Writ Petition is filed.

Under Section 21(b) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986, the petitioner has the effective alternative remedy of revision. In Andhra Pradesh Cooperative Housing Societies Federation Ltd., Hyderabad vs. A.P.State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Hyderabad1, a Division Bench of this Court held that the remedy of revision to the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission is an effective alternative remedy.
