This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C seeking to relax totally the condition i.e., petitioners shall make their appearance before the police on every Sunday in between 9.00 AM to 9.00 PM until further orders imposed by order dated 1504-2015 in Crl.M.P.No.959 of 2015 in Crime No.43 of 2015 on the file of the II Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, which is modified by order dated 23-06-2015 in Crl.M.P.No.1690 of 2015 in Crl.M.P.No.959 of 2015 on the file of the II Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad. Heard the learned counsel for petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record.

In the circumstances, the condition i.e., "petitioners shall make their appearance before the police on every Sunday in between 9.00 AM to 9.00 PM until further orders" imposed by order dated 15-04-2015 in Crl.M.P.No.959 of 2015 in Crime No.43 of 2015 on the file of the II Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, which is modified by order dated 23-06-2015 in Crl.M.P.No.1690 of 2015 in Crl.M.P.No.959 of 2015 on the file of the II Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, is hereby relaxed.
