When the appeal was posted on 2.6.2017 and 23.8.2017, none appeared for the appellants.

Even today also, when the case is called, none appeared for the appellants as well as for the respondents. Hence, this A.S. is dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
