This revision petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the orders dated 06.02.2012 in E.A.No.651 of 2011 in E.P.No.85 of 2009 in O.S.No.176 of 2006 on the file of the Court of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Palakol, West Godavari District. As per office note, full satisfaction memo was filed in E.P.No.85 of 2009 in O.S.No.176 of 2006 and the E.P. itself was terminated on 28.09.2012. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing of this petition has become infructuous. In view of the office note and as well as the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
