THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.44175 OF 2016 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ or order more particularly, one in the nature of writ of mandamus to declare the action of respondent No.3 in interfering with petitioners' peaceful possession of land admeasuring Ac.0.33 guntas and Ac.0.08 guntas in Sy.Nos.26 and 27 of Pardhigudem Village, Jalpalli Revenue Village, Saroornagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District and dictating the petitioners to sell their lands to respondent Nos.4 and 5 as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, direct respondent No.3 not to interfere with the petitioners' peaceful possession of the said land.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home denied the entire allegations and submitted before this Court that the petitioners were never called to the police station by respondent No.3 and respondent No.3 will not interfere in any of the civil disputes pending before the petitioner and respondent Nos.4 and 5.

Considering the rival contentions of both parties, this Court is of the view that the writ petition can be disposed of with the following direction:
Respondent No.3 is hereby directed not to interfere in any of the civil disputes pending before the petitioners and respondent Nos.4 and 5. At the same
time, the present order will not stand in the way of respondent No.3 to proceed with the investigation if any complaint is registered against the petitioners for a cognizable offence.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
