When the case was called on 06.02.2015 learned counsel for the petitioner was absent. Hence the matter was directed to be posted today. Even today, when the case is called, none appears for the petitioner and there is no representation on his behalf. Hence the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
