This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the orders dated 18.07.2017 passed in I.A.No.579 of 2016 in O.S.No.3130 of 2016 on the file of XX Junior Civil Judge Court, City Civil Courts, Hyderabad. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision petition.

Permission as sought for is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
