Disposed of before admission with observation that the trial court to postpone four weeks from today the further recording of evidence as the petitioner wants to obtain certified copies of the documents which is sought earlier to summon in Crl.M.P.No.1007/2017, covered by the impugned order dated 09.03.2017, so as to enable to obtain certified copies and file meantime.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this case shall stand closed.
