THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.9187 of 2018 ORDER:

This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioners seeking verbatim the following relief: "... to issue an appropriate Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in not fixing the rate of admission for the Petitioners threater as per the application dated 07.03.2018 as illegal, null, void and arbitrary and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interests of justice." At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Home (AP) representing the respondents are in agreement that the issue involved in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order, dated 31.10.2016, in WP.No.19046 of 2014 and batch; and, order, dated 13.04.2017, in WPMP.No.16343 of 2017 in WP.No.18779 of 2014.

Having regard to the facts and submissions and for the reasons alike as were mentioned in the afore-stated orders, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms of the afore-stated orders. Office is directed to enclose copies of the afore-stated order, dated 31.10.2016, in WP.No.19046 of 2014 and batch; and, order, dated 13.04.2017, in WPMP.No.16343 of 2017 in WP.No.18779 of 2014 to this order.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
