THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.16753 OF 2013 O R D E R :

Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking survey of his property by respondents 3 and 4 as per title deed dt.06.09.1976. 2.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the petitioner should apply through MeeSeva enclosing requisite fee and if such an application is made, then the respondents 3 and 4 will conduct the survey as requested by the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make an application for survey of the land claimed by him through Mee-Seva by paying requisite fee and within eight (08) weeks from the date of making of such application, respondents 3 and 4 shall conduct survey of the land claimed by the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs. 4.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
