Heard both sides. With the consent of both parties the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage. 2.
The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the inaction of respondent Nos.1 to 3 in considering and disposing of the representation dated 12.06.2017, made by the petitioner as illegal and arbitrary.

Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer a direction to consider the representation at the earliest.

Learned Government Pleader did not oppose the same. 5.
Without going into merits of the case and having regard to the submission made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent police to consider the representation dated 12.06.2017, made by the petitioner, in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
