HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.11221 OF 2019 ORAL ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice V. Ramasubramanian) Mr. A. Prabhakar Rao, learned Standing Counsel, takes notice for respondent Nos.2 and 3.
2. It is an unfortunate case where the petitioner, though belonging to BC "E" Category, has indicated as though she belongs to the Unreserved Category. After realizing the mistake, she has come up with the above writ petition.
3. The Notification for admission has not been issued. As and when a Notification is issued, the petitioner may fill up application indicating her status to be BC "E" Category. At the time of certificate verification, if her community is found to be genuine, the 2nd respondent shall treat her as belonging to BC "E" Category.
4. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, in the circumstances of the case, there shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
