This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the inaction on the part of the V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Kothagudem, in disposing of the I.A.No.450 of 2017 in C.M.A.No.6 of 2017. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the material on record.

At the time of arguments, the only relief sought by the learned counsel for the revision petitioners is to direct the learned V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Kothagudem, to dispose of I.A.No.450 of 2017 in C.M.A.No.6 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case. However, the learned V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Kothagudem, is hereby directed to dispose of I.A.No.450 of 2017 in C.M.A.No.6 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order, subject to service of notice on the respondent.

With the above observation, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
