This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners seeking to quash proceedings in C.C.No.29L of 2O2O) on the frle of X Additiona-l Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, Kukatpally, Miyapur.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. In the said circumstances, this Court is not inclined to keep the petition pending.
