HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.13517 of 2014 ORDER :

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/A1 under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.80 of 2013 on the file of Cyber Crime Police Station, Cyberabad District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 I.P.C. and 64-ITA-2000-2008, 74-ITA-20002008, 77-ITA-2000-2008, 120 I.P.C.

2) The defacto-complainant and the accused in person representing through advocates are present and they want to compound the above offences. Among the offences mentioned of 64 and 74 of the I.T.Act by virtue of Section 77-A of the I.T.Act the offences are compoundable and so far as offence under Section 420 I.P.C. is concerned as the defacto-complainant and A1 to A3 present and stated that they amicable settled the matter through the intervention of elders, by invoking Section 480(2) Cr.P.C, the same is compounded.

3) Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed and all the proceedings relating to Crime No.80 of 2013 on the file of Cyber Crime Police Station, Cyberabad District, are quashed. The bail bonds of the petitioner, if any, shall stand cancelled.
