HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT CONTEMPT CASE No.1589 of 2015 ORDER :

Having regard to the docket order dated 01.10.2015, the learned counsel appearing for the parties state that the contempt case can be closed for the present.

2. Learned Government Pleader specifically brings to the notice of this Court that appropriate steps are already taken to make it appear that the proposed enquiry is in respect of Ac.4.24 cents of land.

3. The statement is recorded.

4. Accordingly, the contempt case is closed.
