These appeals are preferred by the insurance company challenging the awarding of compensation in O.P.Nos.457, 459 & 460 of 2002 on the file of the Court of Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal-cum-III Additional District Judge, Kakinada.

In all these appeals, the appeal was dismissed as against the claimants, and in absence of the claimants, the appeals cannot be taken up for consideration.

In the circumstances, the appeals are dismissed as not maintainable.
