As there was no representation for the writ petitioner on 15.12.2015 the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'For Dismissal'. Despite listing the matter under the caption 'For Dismissal', there is no representation for the petitioner. It indicates that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the writ petition. The learned Standing Counsel for the GHMC appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 is present.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, in the writ petition shall stand closed.
