Learned Government Pleader for Health, Medical and Family Welfare, accepted notice on behalf of the respondents.

2. Vide the present writ petition, the petitioners seek direction, whereby directing the respondents to consider the petitioners' proposals for starting Schools of Nursing at their respective places by appointing the inspection team.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that for the aforesaid relief, the petitioners filed proposals dated 13.02.2015 to the Chairman, High Power Committee, A.P., Hyderabad-2nd respondent. However, till date, the said respondent has not taken any decision.

4. Learned Government Pleader, who accepted the notice on behalf of the respondents, assured this court that the decision of the Government on the proposals dated 13.02.2015 made by the petitioners, shall be taken within eight weeks.

5. Accordingly, keeping in view of the averments made in the petition and the submissions made by the learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents, I hereby direct the respondents to take a decision on the proposal dated 13.02.2015, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I
